4. Ask the arresting agency for its arrest or incident report. Route MPD, THP, campus, and TBI records to those agencies rather than the jail.
5. Call the combined court clerk at 423-586-5640 for a General Sessions or Criminal Court case number, filed charge, and disposition.
6. Use TORIS for a $29 Tennessee name-based, fingerprint-supported history when broader state coverage is needed. It is not a daily booking log.

The 72-hour view uses the same official system with a longer recent window. Both lists offer surname filtering and pagination. Absence can reflect release, transfer, spelling, posting delay, or the fact that no custodial booking occurred. Call the sheriff for current confirmation.

Routing Hamblen Arrest Report Requests

Booking answers who entered local detention and on what listed charges. It does not supply every incident narrative. Request that narrative from the agency that made the arrest. Arrests Are Not Convictions
